Join Edible Austin and Papi Tino’s as we spend every Wednesday evening in September celebrating education in culinary arts. Purchase your ticket to enjoy an intricate and delicious three-course meal with a mezcal pairing component prepared by some of the most talented students from some of the most prestigious culinary academies in Austin . The first three nights will feature the talents of two students from the same academy, with one student advancing to the finals on September 26th.
The final night will be a competition between the winners of the previous evenings.
A ticket to one of the nights includes:

- Two entree dishes created by our bright chef student participants,
